What is the bearing defect? It is some deviations from the proper body bearing. Sometimes the main cause of the body bearing defect is the fact in what way our children spend most of the day. Most of the day our child spends sitting. Lack of moving weakens muscles. Our children should spend free time moving outdoor as much as possible. The schoolbag should be as light as possible, too. Our child should wear it on both shoulders. Nowadays the reasonable diet is very important.
Winter is outdoors. It is not hard to make our children move. Let’s use this year season.

It’s time to school.After different phisical activities it is time to learn and sit in the school chairs. Knowledge is very important to live in the society. But we also should think about our body. We have to remember that we should not quit sport and phisical activities. Our body needs it. Swimming pools are good solution.
Walking can be followed with mushrooms collecting. Remember that the sport is good for phisical and psychological stability.

Wrong nutrition and its effects
Obesity
is the serious problem that appears among pupils of our school. Obesity is the
long lasting illness caused by consuming too much food- much more food
than our body really needs. It is caused by genetic and social factors.
According to statistics plenty of grownups had the overweight problems in their
childhood. Childhood period is the time when the fat vessels develop. The more
we eat the bigger vessels number become.
Thin figure depends on our nutrition- balance between eaten and lost calories. Physical activities are important condition to loose calories. Housework can help to loose them:
While working you loose:
-120 kcal- ironing
-150 kcal-making bed
-200 kcal-washing up
-250 kcal-cleaning floor
-300 kcal-cleaning windows
You mustn't:
-eat between meals
-eat too fast
-overeat in the evening
-eat because you are bored, frustrated ornervous
To have slim figure you should:
-eat a lot of fruit and vegetables
-drink much mineral water
-reduce eating of flour, salt, sugar
-do exercises
-laugh
You can eat between meals:
-carrots
-lettuce
-cornflakes
-cucumbers
-watermelons
-thin cheese
-a glass of tomato juice
-sour cabbage
-tomatoes with onion
We cannot starve our children. We have to give them a reasonable meal and enhance them to do physical exercises. Do not buy your children any sweets, crisps or biscuits. Instead - go to the swimming pool or cycle with your kid.
